| 3mendouz Shine – PPS Technology (US Patent 5,081,171) The original paintwork of a car is not durable enough to handle the harsh effects of the weather and other environmental factors. Even the clear-coat technology used is not resilient enough. Normal polishing and waxing will soon break down and the shine will be gone. 3mendouz shine make used of the PPS, Polarized Protection System, which is the only paint protection system to be awarded an US patent. PPS works unlike any other products. It is the only system that chemically fuses a durable Teflon shield to the original factory paint finish. More than just an add-on coating, PPS works by using the simple but effective principal of “Opposite Poles Attract” theory. PPS involves two patented steps. First of all, the preparation step chemically purges the tiny pores and “polarizes” the paint surface, leaving the surface positively charged. Next, the negatively charged Teflon resin is applied to the positively charged surface and thereby forming a cross-linked chemical bond. Once PPS has been applied, it will continue to work even in the harshest of conditions to keep your car’s paintwork protected against fading oxidation and weather deterioration. The protection system ensures that the paintwork will not crack or peel and it is so durable that 150 consecutive washes could not wash off the shine! PPS is so effective that it had been chosen exclusively by the US Navy to be used on the Aegis Radar, which are found on their ships so as to protect the radars against the damaging effects of salt water and high winds. How PPS Technology works? The PPS patented process is the only system that has been engineered to permanently preserve the painted surface by fusing PTFE resins (Teflon) to the paint. PPS Technology is a polish that uses high quality and durable acrylic elements. Each ingredient has its own function and enhances the others in the overall finished product. The technology known as electrophoresis dynamics is analogous to the "bar magnet" principle that opposite poles attract. The wash solution or polarizer opens the pores of the paint and imparts a positive charge to the surface. The anionic PTFE is negatively charged and therefore are pulled into the pores of the paint. Only PTFE formulated in an anionic aqueous solution is capable of sealing the paint. Other forms of PTFE will have no effect. The PPS patented process is the only system that has been engineered to permanently preserve the painted surface by fusing PTFE resins (Teflon) to the paint. PPS Technology is a polish that makes use of high quality and durable acrylic elements. Each ingredient has its own function and enhances the others in the overall finished product The conglomerate is designed to fill the pores with a unique PTFE plasticizer. This forms a barrier that prevents penetration of any elements. The dimethoxysildimethylaminoethylaminoprpoyl polymer and methyltrimethoxysilanes allow the total formula to plate, fuse and crosslink. This product gives the depth of shine, durability, corrosion protection, spot resistance and excellent detergent resistance. Phenylproplsilsesquioxanes is the protector of all the others already in place. It is an acrylic, when fully cured, becomes a hard durable, antistatic, transparent, protective layer and gloss enhancer. To allow this to happen a special patented surface preparation is part of the system. In the preparation solution a cationic (positive) surfactant is used to purge the pores of the surface to be treated and magnetically charge the surface in a positive polarity. The pores are cleansed and charged and are ready to receive the unique anionic or negatively charged molecules of the polytetrafluorothylene (Teflon). They are pulled into the pores magnetically and held there while all of the protective chemicals have cross-linked, fused and cured. This process locks the PTFE into the paint, preventing drifting, fading and And why is PPS different from all the paint sealants on the market? It has endurance where none of the others do! PPS Polishing uses different technology. This technology called electrophoresis dynamics is the chemical application of the “bar magnet” principle that opposite poles attract. In the practical application the wash solution (polarizer) opens the pores of the paint and puts a positive charge on the paint. The anionic Teflon® is negatively charged, so by the above dynamics it is pulled into the pores of the paint. Only Teflon formulated in an anionic aqueous solution can seal paint, other Teflon’s will have no effect. |
